Team Leader Customer Order Planning

Wat ga je doen?

• You will create reports to provide insight into various internal processes that affect the delivery plans in terms of work and keep them continuously up-to-date. These reports were largely commissioned and created for Sales Managers, Sales Support Team Leaders, Supply Chain Manager and Planning Team Leader.
• You will be responsible for creating delivery schedules of seasonal orders, weekly orders and promotions. In addition, you will also be responsible for putting orders through to the warehouses and allocating stock.
• You will maintain control of orders that have not yet been forwarded, for compliance with Release Days, Delivery Prepick and scheduled seasonal orders. Furthermore, you will keep control and communicate about orders that have not yet been delivered more than 1 month after the planning date.
• You will prepare seasonal deliveries with respect to availability, backorders and actions. You will also be concerned with the logistics performance, order completeness and delivery performance of the shelf plans.
• You will coach and mentor the Customer Order Planners in areas such as service orientation and administrative skills. You will provide information, work meetings, and encourage mutual cooperation and knowledge transfer.
• You will also set up assessment, coaching and progress meetings in consultation with the Supply Chain & Operations Manager and conduct them yourself or together with the Manager.

Wat vragen wij?

• MBO + work and thinking level
• You have three years of experience as a Planner in a sales, planning or Supply Chain position
• Affinity with Planning and trade logistics is a plus
• You are customer-focused, enjoy working as part of a team, are disciplined, independent, flexible, proactive, analytical, problem-solving and results-oriented
• You have experience with ERP systems, where knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is definitely an advantage!
• You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Your communication skills in Dutch and English are good, both verbally and in writing
