Wat ga je doen?
First line support; accepting, analysing and solving malfunctions and instructing users. Keeping the helpdesk application (incidents) and documentation (e.g. assets and work instructions) up-to-date
Workstation management; ordering, installing and supplying computer equipment. Carrying out and following up repairs/changes (or having them carried out). Creating and testing images and updates. Creating and maintaining user accounts/permissions in various systems. Management of fixed and mobile telephone connections.
Management of policies and applications, also on RDS, in cooperation with external partners. Advising users on the use of the systems and applications.
Trade fairs; building and supporting IT systems at trade fairs
Innovating systems; translating user needs and developments in the market into changes in system requirements, hardware or software. Making improvement proposals on the basis of own expertise.
Supplier relations; requesting and assessing quotations and (potential) suppliers. Maintaining relationships with suppliers and monitoring supplier performance
Wat vragen wij?
MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably in the IT field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Helpdesk employee, Workspace administrator
Relevant knowledge of hardware, software networks and communication / internet
You are enterprising and result oriented
Customer-oriented, service-oriented and communicative
Capable of dealing with the dynamics of our organisation
You can function well in a team as well as independently
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, orally and in writing
