E-commerce Coordinator

Wat ga je doen?

• You will carry out analyses of the results achieved and collect data, market information and insights, in order to provide an even better online performance.
• You will be the second contact after sales for customers who wish to sell our products on their website or in their marketplaces, and for colleagues who have questions about e-commerce. You will advise sales about the range to be offered, and you will contribute ideas along with (online) marketing about which marketing campaigns are part of this.
• You will ensure that our products are presented in the best possible way and can be found in the various marketplaces. Within this framework, you will be in charge of drawing up product listings and keeping them up-to-date, and you will carry out keyword research with which you will optimize the search results in marketplaces; you will do this in collaboration with online marketing.
• You will contribute ideas regarding the improvement and implementation of new and existing work processes.
• You will provide support in managing large marketplaces and entering into new marketplaces

Wat vragen wij?

• You have completed a commercial higher professional education (for instance, International Business Languages)
• You are commercially-minded and set to work in a structured way
• You have a command of spoken and written Dutch and English
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and Bol.com is a considerable advantage
• You can juggle ten balls at the same time – in other words, you are a real multitasker
• You have extensive experience with Excel and can work with it well and independently
• You are used to working with targets and are capable of managing on the basis of figures
• You have excellent communication skills, are result-oriented and are someone who likes to take the initiative
