Wat ga je doen?

  • Bookkeeping of Debtors/Creditors banks
  • Assisting with processing of incoming invoices
  • Assisting with preparation of payments to Asian suppliers
  • Collaborating/working on improvement of processes
  • Analysis of payment differences
  • Maintenance of credit information/client data

Wat vragen wij?

  • An administrative training at least at MBO+ [secondary vocation level], or work/academic ability at that level
  • “Thinking in log book entries”
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Fluent command of the Dutch and English language, written and spoken
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Command of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Personal qualities such as decisiveness, commercial awareness, possession of curiosity and initiative, and, above all, a team player who works with a focus on goals and results
  • No 9 to 5 attitude
  • Possession of own means of transportation for travelling to various Edelman locations/offices.
